HOMER, ALASKA STILL HAS A BAG LIMIT OF TWO HALIBUT PER PERSON, TWO LING COD PER PERSON, ONE YELLOW EYE, FOUR BLACK BASS, TWO KING SALMON AND THREE SILVER SALMON PER PERSON. (Some areas allow only one king salmon)

HALIBUT DERBY TICKETS ARE SOLD ON BOARD THE MEMORY MAKER YOU MAY ORDER LUNCHES 48 HRS. PRIOR TO DEPARTURE $15 per person $5.00 per person discount for check, cash, travelers check * Refunds: If we do not charter due to weather, you will receive a 100% refund, or a rain check. Once we leave the harbor, then, if we must return because of bad weather, you will receive a 50% refund. We do not go out on High Wind / Stormy weather days. Your deposit is refunded in full if we are unable to leave port. Credit card transaction fees will be applied for any refunds Cancellations: If WE have to cancel your charter due to circumstances beyond OUR control, we will reschedule your trip, try to place you on another vessel, or refund any monies paid. If YOU cancel your reservation, prior to two weeks of your charter date, WE will refund your deposit in full. If YOU cancel with LESS than two weeks notice, and WE can fill your seats, WE will still refund any deposits paid, but if WE are unable to fill your seats, WE WILL keep your deposit.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.
